This 10-cup water filter pitcher combines modern design with advanced filtration technology, making it a perfect addition to any kitchen. With five replacement filters and an electronic change indicator, this pitcher ensures you have clean and safe drinking water without the guesswork involved in filter maintenance.
Overview and Design
This 10-cup water filter pitcher offers a combination of practicality and modern design, coming with five replacement filters and an integrated electronic filter change reminder. Measuring 10.5 by 5.5 by 10 inches and weighing approximately 3.13 pounds, its size is ideal for most kitchen countertops. The pitcher features a BPA-free white plastic construction, an easy-fill lid, and a comfortable grip handle, making it user-friendly for daily use. The sleek, minimalist aesthetic complements any kitchen or dining area, ensuring it doesn’t look out of place on your counter or in the fridge. Its portability and lightweight design add to its convenience, allowing for easy handling and refilling.
Filtration Performance and Certifications
One of the standout features is the advanced four-stage filtration process. This system effectively removes over ten contaminants, including chlorine taste and odor, PFAS/PFOS, chloramine, iron/rust, manganese, zinc, and heavy metals such as cadmium, mercury, copper, and small amounts of lead. The Joey’z filters included with the pitcher hold NSF/ANSI 42 and 53 certifications, which validate their efficacy in improving water taste and reducing harmful contaminants. Moreover, the filters meet NSF372 standards, meaning they are lead-free themselves—ensuring the water you drink is not only filtered but also safe from filter-related contaminants. Each filter lasts about two months or 40 gallons, providing consistent water quality over time.
Electronic Filter Change Indicator
An innovative aspect of this product is the built-in electronic filter change indicator. Unlike other pitchers that rely on manual tracking, this system uses a sensor to monitor the volume of water filtered and displays the number of days remaining until a filter change is required on an LCD screen. This feature is particularly useful for users who want to maintain optimal filtration without guessing when to replace the filter. It ensures that you never drink water with overused filters, protecting both the taste and safety of your drinking water. Users have found this technology convenient and a definite improvement over traditional filter reminder stickers.
Ease of Use and Maintenance
Setting up and maintaining this water filter pitcher is straightforward. The included filters require a 5-minute soak in clean water before being inserted, ensuring optimal performance from the start. Installation guarantees a full seal to prevent leaking. The pitcher is designed to be soaked and filtered with tap water only, not suitable for saltwater or contaminated sources. Users simply discard the first liter of filtered water when installing a new filter to clear out any residual particles. Because the pitcher is countertop-installed and corded electric (powering the filter change indicator), it fits seamlessly into kitchen routines. The straightforward design and clear instructions facilitate hassle-free everyday use.
Value and User Feedback
This filter pitcher has earned a strong customer rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 686 reviews, reflecting widespread appreciation for its effective filtration and user-friendly design. Customers value its ability to filter beyond common contaminants addressed by typical Brita models, including PFAS/PFOS and various heavy metals. The package includes five replacement filters, providing excellent value by supporting over eight months of usage without needing additional purchases. The electronic filter indicator is noted as a standout feature, offering convenient reminders that set this pitcher apart. Durable construction and a size well-suited for families or individuals further add to its appeal, making it an outstanding choice for dependable and cost-effective water purification.

In summary, this 10-cup water filter pitcher with five replacement filters and an electronic change reminder stands out for its superior 4-stage filtration process and user-centric features. Its compatibility with Brita and similar filters adds flexibility, while NSF certifications guarantee filtration quality and safety.
